What's Closed (and Open) on the Fourth of July?

Many of us will celebrate the nation's independence on this Fourth of July with picnics, cookouts, fairs and fireworks.

The Port Authority of Allegheny County will operate its bus, T light-rail and incline service on holiday schedules on Monday.

The authority's customer service line will operate from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., but its Downtown Service Center will be closed Monday in observance of Independence Day.
