Membership Has its Privileges: Get Your Kids Castle Playground Designer Card!

Cranberry Kids Castle Playground Designer Membership cards have newly added privileges! Get yours today.

The membership cards are being sent off to the printer and soon will be ready to fly into the hands of all those kids out there who are helping to design the “Today” section of the new Cranberry Kids Castle Playground.

As if having exclusive privileges to be the first kids to play on the new playground aren't enough—new privileges have been added!

Quaker Steak & Lube will honor the Membership Cards on the first Monday of every month and they will make a 10 percent donation of the proceeds to the Kids Castle Playground.

Although there won’t be any discounts for food, your kids can show off their cards, eat a great meal as a special treat and know they are helping to create a playground they aided in designing.

It's a great lesson for kids to learn—and a fun way to learn it!

Chick-fil-A also will being doing something similar, and you can count on me to be the first one to announce it!

I LOVE that all these restaurants in our community are so willing to help us. Don't forget, Moe's Southwest Grill in Cranberry is still donating a dollar for every burrito purchased in February to the playground.

We are working on some other special benefits that will go along with the Kids Castle Playground Designer Membership cards, so make sure your kids submit their wish list and drawings to Cranberry Township customer service.

All elementary students at Rowan, Haine and St Kilian will be completing the drawings in school. Goddard School students also will submit drawings in class.

But, ANY child is welcome to enter, and a simple drawing is all that is necessary. Make sure to include your name and address on the back of the drawing so we can mail you your membership card.

Any other school, preschool or similar place is welcome to get involved. Contact CTCChest.org or Cranberry supervisor Bruce Mazzoni for more information.

Drawings sent in prior to March 1 will have a chance for those ideas to be incorporated into the actual design. Drawings will be accepted until April 1.

Membership cards are limited and may run out before April 1, so aim to have all drawings submitted by March 1.

There are two weeks and counting—so get busy kids! I just can’t wait to see all the amazing ideas the kids come up with.

We already have some really cool and different equipment planned, including EVOS play structures, Mobius Climbers and a bubble rider. These are play items that will be different from any other playground in the area.

And, since the “Today” section will be custom designed and created, we are shaping up to have the best playground in all of the surrounding areas!

As an ambassador myself, I thought it would be fun to invite some other ambassadors to my house where we can address the letters together. I am happy to supply beverages and snacks.

If any ambassador is interested, or if many are interested, we can pick a weekend or evening and have some fun together.

Please email me at erinamcclymonds@gmail.com. I would love to meet all of you and it would be my honor to host you !
