Prudential Preferred Realty Commits to Enhanced Online Listings on Top-Four Real Estate Websites Agents, Customers Expected to Benefit

Pittsburgh, August 21, 2013 – In the largest marketing spend in the company’s 50-year history, Prudential Preferred Realty committed to enhancing its presence on the top-four online sites that consumers use to search listings – Zillow.com, Trulia.com, Realtor.com and Homes.com. This move makes Prudential Preferred Realty the only locally owned brokerage in the Pittsburgh area to commit to all four sites.

“These trusted websites and their mobile apps are the first places that people go to look for homes for sale,” said Ron Croushore, owner and CEO of Prudential Preferred Realty in Pittsburgh. “By maximizing our presence on these sites, we aim to increase the exposure of our listings among active and often qualified buyers, which can lead to faster sales. It’s a winning proposition for everyone.”

By committing to featured or preferred listings on these top sites, Prudential Preferred Realty agents will benefit from enhanced sales leads. “We are continuing traditional marketing efforts that we know work, including advertising and direct mail,” Croushore said. “But we like how directly and quickly these online partnerships can impact sales.”

Over the past two years, Prudential Preferred Realty has made significant investments in training, technology and digital marketing with the goal of accelerating its agents’ business and improving its customers’ experience. A recent example is the new Prudential Preferred Realty blog, which now is designed as a hub for home buyers, providing expert advice to help people navigate the home-buying process.

“We have an ongoing commitment to advancing agent professionalism and client service,” Croushore said. “Keeping our agents ahead of new technologies helps us to deliver on both fronts and is one reason why we are consistently recognized for our professionalism.”

Earlier this month, the Prudential Real Estate affiliate network ranked highest for customer satisfaction in three of the four segments included in J.D. Power and Associates' annual Home Buyer/Seller Satisfaction Study.
