Prudential Preferred Realty Breaks Ground on New Residential Development in Pine Township

Prudential Preferred Realty held a Ground Breaking Ceremony and Champagne Toast for its newest development, Emerald Fields, on Friday, September 20th.  

The land designated for the Emerald Fields development is part of the Minnock Farm which was established in 1976 by the late Ireland-born entrepreneur, Patrick Minnock. Prior to his death in 2012, Minnock had planned to convert the 278-acre farmland into a residential community.

Today Minnock’s nine children, who all have ownership of the land, are fulfilling his dream with the development of Emerald Fields. 

“Our father purchased this farmland with the intention to build on it. While he can’t be here to watch his dream come to fruition, I am sure he would be very pleased to see the progress we’re making on Emerald Fields,” says Minnock’s daughter, Bridget Minnock. In collaboration with Prudential Preferred Realty and Marlene Sausman, Bridget will be overseeing the sales of Emerald Fields’ home sites.

Minnock’s son, Patrick Minnock of Pine Development Company, will initiate the groundbreaking. The five phase development will consist of 198 single family homes. Situated on a half-acre plus, each home will be custom-built with construction packages starting at $650,000.
