75th Day of 100 Days of Caring

Daisy Troop 20074 makes teddy bears for orphaned children in Mozambique Africa.

On Thursday, Feb. 16, Girl Scout Daisy Troop 20074 made fabric teddy bears for the Eager Hands for Mozambique (EH4Moz) project hosted by Crossroads United Methodist Church.

The troop welcomed the church pastor Jonathan Fehl and his family to their regular meeting, where the girls also learned about Mozambique Africa and about the kids who would be receiving their teddy bear gifts.

In addition to the approximately 35 bears, the troop donated 23 crocheted baby and children hats.
