26th Day of 100 Days of Caring by Cranberry Girl Scouts

Troop 20555 fulfills wish of 8-year-old cancer patient.

On Dec. 29, Troop 20555 performed a service project to help fulfill the wish of an 8-year-old leukemia patient in Ruby Memorial Hospital in West Virginia.

Every year, the nurses in the oncology ward buy their patients Christmas gifts. When they asked this little boy what kind of gifts he would like, he told them that he would like to receive a million Christmas cards.

In an effort to help fulfill this wish, we sent him Christmas cards.
