Selling Baby Grand Piano

Schindler & Son Baby Grand Piano:
While I love having a baby grand piano, it really is too large for my house. . .something that I didn't think about when we inherited it. It has the original dark brown finish that, while has aged, is still in great shape. It does need tuned (as I haven't had it done since we moved it a few years back) and could use a new bench (the puppy really liked the corners!!). Asking $1000 (you haul), but willing to negotiate with serious offers. It will be hard to part with this family heirloom, but again, I just don't have the space.
