Apartment Maintenance Technician—Universal Development, Cranberry

Owner/operator of two local apartment communities, Freedom Crossing and the Fox Chase development, is in search of a skilled technician with a solid work ethic, a good customer service attitude and great mechanical skills.

Tech should have expertise and experience in residential heating/cooling systems, drywall repairs, painting, be able to troubleshoot and repair appliances and plumbing systems, perform light carpentry work/repairs and panel out electrical repairs.

This tech will share on call after hour’s responsibility on a rotating basis, will work directly for property manager and must have clean drug/background, good driving record and reliable transportation to be considered. Random drug tests and full background check will be done.

Lead Project Intake Coordinator—Amerinet, Warrendale

Coordinates project intake for current and potential Amerinet facilities. Works with general direction from the director and uses independent judgment when needed. Supervises M-S Analysts, supports data review and loading for AccuSave 2.0 functions and works in conjunction with the director to identify and develop efficiencies to improve the functions of the Spend Analysis Department.
Also works with director and/or coworkers on various special projects. Interacts with field staff, affiliate partners, clinical program teams and all other Amerinet staff, as well as outside groups that may include members and vendor partners.

Group purchasing contract or Cost Analysis work history in a healthcare related program for a period greater than three years is required. In lieu of GPO experience, five or more years experience in cost study analytics is required. College degree in business or program-related area is strongly preferred.

Coordinator, Human Resources—Verizon, Warrendale

This position responds to employee inquiries for HR program/policy information, employee data and contact information. The incumbent participates in recruitment effort and helps coordinate the use of temporary employees (job postings, criminal background checks, drug screens, advertisements, declination letters, etc.).

The position maintains employee files, requisition files, and other confidential documents in an organized and proficient manner. Answers field employee and manager questions related to company guidelines, procedures and processes assists with job offer process, which could include conducting HR interviews, scheduling interviews and extending offers.

Performs general administrative duties. High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor degree preferred. Two-plus years of general human resources experience required. Strong oral/written communication skills required. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Merchandise Processor—American Eagle Outfitters, Warrendale

Perform all aspects of merchandise processing including loading/unloading, unpacking/packing, ticketing, distributing, counting and filling orders.

Physical aspects include: Lifting up to 10 pounds (including overhead), pushing one to 15 pounds, standing/walking/bending/stooping/reaching and working at platform heights up to 30 feet.
