E&S Inspector / Environmental Field Technician (Entry to Mid Level)— Groundwater & Environmental Services, Cranberry

The Cranberry office seeks entry-level environmental technicians to perform environmental baseline sampling and erosion and sedimentation inspections throughout the Marcellus Shale region (Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia).

This is a six month assignment requiring outdoor work in all weather conditions, walking moderate to long distances on uneven terrain, day travel via personal or company vehicle (including possible overnight stays) and required overtime on a regular basis.

Responsibilities and duties include: Conduct E&S inspections at various natural gas well pad locations; prepare and submit E&S inspection reports for each inspection performed; communicate E&S deficiencies to on-site personnel as well as field supervisors; submit accurate daily sales & rental documents.

High school diploma and one to three years of related fieldwork experience in a shale play (Marcellus, Bakken, etc.) in the gas and oil field is required.

Order Selectors—Sysco, Harmony

Responsibilities include: Read customer order from order label, selecting product by slot and description; assemble customer order from stock and place orders on carts or pallets; operate warehouse pallet jack to proceed to correct slot location and to transport product to dock area; report merchandise slots needing replenishing.

Personal Caregivers—St. John Specialty Care Center, Mars

On-site interviews will be conducted on Monday, Feb 28 for caregivers to assist residents in St. John’s main building and new, state-of-the art assisted living memory residence.

The caregiver on the campus will assist residents with dressing, bathing, toileting and dining assistance in a supportive, community campus. To qualify, you must have a high school diploma, or general education degree.

Prior experience is not necessary but the passion to help is. Paid training, competitive pay and a family-friendly benefit package available.

Water and Energy Resident Project Representative—Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc., Cranberry

The Water & Energy Resident Project Representative possesses a high school/GED education with four to eight plus years project experience with construction observation and administration relative to water and wastewater projects, basic survey, grade and cut sheets, and quantity data.

Experience with construction observation and/or management for storm water, site grading, paving and highway projects would also be helpful.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel required. NICET certification is desired, but not mandatory.

This position requires travel to job sites, meetings, and regional offices. The Water & Energy Resident Project Representative has the legal right to work in the U.S.

Project Coordinator—Rectenwald Brothers Construction, Inc., Cranberry

Administrative/technical/clerical/support position, full-time, for a national general contractor.​ Some experience, good computer and organizational skills are a must.​ Must be a team player and willing to learn.​ 

Responsibilities include: organize incoming project bids; log drawings and all other bid documents; pre-bid administration.​ Benefits available include medical, dental, vision and 401(k).
