Responsible for all installation and technical elements of upgrading Connect-Rx and other MAI products at customer sites.

These elements include delivery of scheduled software/hardware upgrades; provide on-site support for upgrades; troubleshooting hardware/software upgrade issues; analyzing pre-upgrade customer data and communicating issues shared by customers during the upgrade process to appropriate parties.

Must travel to customer sites approximately 70 percent of work time. Two years of field support engineering experience is required.

Front Office Assistant—MedExpress, Mars

Responsibilities include welcoming MedExpress patients and visitors by greeting them in person, answering inquiries and directing them through registration process. Assists patients with insurance documentation and billing questions. Guides patients in providing required information and completing paperwork. Professionally obtains patient information necessary for processing medical charges, collects and processes patient payments.

Responsible for handling confidential records. Verifies information for correctness, places paperwork in proper sequence for physician examination or treatment, and files or distributes data in appropriate place. Completes callbacks, including patient messages and pharmacy call-ins.

Activities Director— Passavant Retirement Community, Mars

The Director of Abundant and Community Life is responsible for oversight, planning, coordinating and implementing comprehensive multi-dimensional holistic programs that provide opportunities for residents of Lutheran SeniorLife. Ensures the development of Abundant Life programming in accordance with federal/state regulations, resident interest and physician approval, if required.

Provides direct/indirect supervision of Passavant’s activity, main street, chaplaincy and wellness staff, assigns tasks and responsibilities, schedules hours of work and performs other supervisory tasks as required.

HR Generalist—American Eagle Outfitters, Warrendale

Participate in the management of workforce, including hiring, on boarding, promotions, succession planning, and separation. Partner with local universities and assess internal talent, to create a lasting pipeline of quality internal & external candidates.

Identify, create, and implement development initiatives to ensure job satisfaction and personal growth for top talent. Manage associate performance by addressing areas of improvement, as well as reinforcing positive performance. Facilitate new training initiatives for management and associates at all levels.

Associate Recovery Specialist—Coventry Health Care, Cranberry

The ideal candidate will assist with all aspects of recoveries service including, but not limited to the following: working duplicate and retro-termination reports, refund and return check processing, stop payment/void processing, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer concerns.
