Training Coordinator—Shell Exploration & Production Company, Warrendale

Responsible for developing and executing tactical plans relative to the training strategy as approved by line management and OCA Coordinator. Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to producing operation, operators and craft personnel for the assigned site.

Performs advanced repairs on client's units and assist with and/or responds to client inquiries. Travel via Geekmobile™ to client's home or office to provide complete solutions. Facilitates the complete solution of product sales, upgrades, installations and service in client's homes and in the store.

Personifies and upholds the Geek Squad service standards and brand while completing highly technical repairs in home or in store. Receives supervision and work direction from a Deputy Field Marshal and may provide work direction and training to fellow agents.

General Warehouse Selectors—Giant Eagle, Harmony

Warehouse Selectors are responsible for the accurate, damage-free selection of product in an efficient and safe manner to fill the Giant Eagle store's orders, meet delivery schedules and promote customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include being able accurately select product by matching slot numbers and product descriptions using a voice-activated warehouse management system, lift and carry cases of up to 100 lbs from pick slots and place them onto pallets, meet and maintain established productivity standards and more.

Electronics Assembler/Winder-Welder—Mine Safety Appliances, Cranberry

This position is primarily responsible for operating the XCell, 1-S and/or 20L Winder / Welder machines, which are the initial processes in combustible sensor manufacturing.

Position is responsible for making predictive process adjustments to optimize performance as well as responsible for completing daily machine maintenance. This may include interaction with automated machines through a touch screen interface.

Satisfactory operation requires significant mechanical skills. Position may also require job flexibility per DFT work standards, which may include executing other job functions within the combustible sensor work cell.

Administrative Assistant (Entry to Mid Level)— Groundwater & Environmental Services, Cranberry

Responsibilities include: assemble and mail reports in both hard copy and electronic form, work in both word and pdf formats, upload report packages to remote databases, quality review of all reports, tracks project deliverables, QAQC, edit, compiles reports.

This person also maintains and orders office supplies, directs incoming calls, interacts daily with the Project Manager and project team members, creates PDF documents and saves them in a CD format. Other responsibilities are copies, distributes, and files various reports and documents, processes outgoing mail and packages for shipping, copies and distributes field notes to the appropriate staff and handles general office duties.
