Director of Operations—NAES Power Contractors East Division, Cranberry

The duties of this function include the implementation of all project and field operations, development and implementation of project processes, project pre-planning, logistics, recruiting/staffing, job execution, adherence to OHSA, fitness for duty requirements, safety performance and quality at each project.

The incumbent will be accountable for the safety, quality and financial performance of all field projects and will assist in developing and implementing administrative processes and controls to manage the projects, the field personnel, the supervisors and the project contracts.

Mine Safety and Health Assistant—U.S. Department of Labor, Warrendale

Receives and processes a variety of inspection and investigation reports and other documents received from the field offices. Ensures submitted reports are complete and include all necessary information and forms. Duties may include, but are not limited to, timekeeping GSA vehicle coordination, processing Freedom of Information requests and mine and contractor identification numbers.

Accounts Payable Associate—Rue 21, Warrendale

The Accounts Payable Associate will perform daily functions including processing invoices, generating payments or accruals, and filing documents to ensure vendors are paid accurately and efficiently while ensuring company policies are met. A high school diploma is required. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Student Cooperative, Office of Audit—U.S. Postal Office, Warrendale

The USPS OIG is seeking students enrolled in a college or university program to fill two student cooperative positions on the Audit Operations Team, within the Office of Audit, located in Warrendale. The candidates will be supporting the Office of Audit's electronic working paper system with regard to administration, training and documentation of processes and applications.

The Student Cooperative Program is available year-round (January – December) for continuous employment while in school. 

Route Relief Representative—ITU, Inc. and AbsorbTech, LLC, Zelienople

This position is responsible for providing extraordinary service to customers in a safe and efficient manner. He or she will assist route sales and service representatives in delivering assigned, on-time deliveries, and provide back up relief on a variety of different routes. 

Other responsibilities include responding promptly to customers' needs, performing sales activities and communicating professionally with internal and external customers. High School diploma or equivalent is required.  Recent college graduates strongly encouraged to apply.
