Buyer—Rue 21, Warrendale

The buyer will be responsible for all aspects of merchandise selection, vendor negotiation as well as fashion trend and forecasting sense. Responsibilities include coordinates requirements, specifications, timing and distribution for merchandise selection and developing strategies and criteria for negotiations. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in fashion merchandising or a related field and five or more years experience as a buyer.

Research Assistant—H.J. Heinz Company, Warrendale

Heinz North America is seeking a research assistant who, with moderate supervision, will provide technical assistance to develop formulations, create and modify factory processes in the areas of new product development, cost reduction and quality improvement. Qualifications include a B.S. in food science or related field and working knowledge of product development and familiarity with quality assurance procedures. There is 20 to 25 percent travel required.

Executive Assistant—Lynch Weis, Cranberry

Lynch Weis, LLC, a full-service commercial law firm, is seeking an executive assistant to provide daily administrative support to the staff. Primary responsibilities include drafting correspondence and answering phones as needed, scheduling appointments for principal attorney and assisting as necessary, entering time for attorneys into Quickbooks and electronic file management.

Center PUD Courier—FedEx, Mars

Under general supervision, the Center Pick Up and Delivery provides customer service activities related to picking up and delivery orders to and from FedEx Office centers and customer’s place of business.

Responsibilities are accomplished by driving a company vehicle and ensuring that regular servicing and cleaning of vehicles is conducted. The PUD Courier will receive daily route information from a centralized dispatcher. The dispatcher will have the ability to add or remove stops from the route as needed. The PUD Courier may also be asked to perform other duties within a FedEx Office center, if there is a period of time where they are not assigned any pick-up/delivery activity.
