Greg Horeth, regional vice-president of Winegardner & Hammons, the Cincinnati-based group that developed the hotel on behalf of its parent company, Western & Southern Financial Group, said the hotel’s location in the Cranberry Woods office park, home to the Westinghouse headquarters and Mine Safety Appliances, was a major factor in the company’s decision to open a second Marriott hotel in the area.

“You are sitting in a Class "A" office space environment,” he said.
