This week's restaurant spotlight is on Springfield Grille, located at 7001 Crider Road in Adams Township.
Owned by the Springfield Restaurant Group, which also owns the Log Cabin Inn in Harmony and Rachel's Roadhouse in Mercer, the Springfield Grille offers a variety of steaks, seafood, pastas and salads.
Every Sunday, there is a champagne brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The restaurant also has a private dining room for parties.
