Cranberry has something new to kick about.
Located at the intersection of Route 19 and Rowan Road, Revolution Physical Therapy has expanded its services by opening a group fitness facility that includes an extensive slate of classes to suit all fitness levels and abilities.
Taught by a variety of certified and experienced instructors, the classes include cycling, Zumba, and kickboxing, as well as core strengthening, suspension training and boot camp style classes.
Getting in shape and living a healthier lifestyle doesn’t have to be a chore. That’s the operating philosophy behind the new facility, according to Revolution owner Dr. Lyneil Mitchell.
“As physical therapists, we are uniquely qualified to offer specialized fitness,” he said. “We can design a custom exercise therapy program for clients that coordinates with our group fitness program.”
Group fitness was a natural progression for Revolution, which has been offering individual and group sports training since it opened in 2011.
“We’ve worked with the Seneca Valley High School football team, the Pine Richland High School girls’ soccer team, Seneca Valley Youth Football, Seneca Valley lacrosse and many other athletes from all levels, schools, clubs and sports in the surrounding area,” Mitchell said. “Our goal is to help both athletes and non-athletes of all ages live pain free, improve their physical performance and ultimately reach their highest potential.
We pay attention to the details that many others miss. It’s in these details where people can truly excel and exceed even their own expectations.”
Group fitness classes are offered mornings and evenings, Monday through Saturday. For more information, visit www.revolutionphysicaltherapy.com or call 724-591-8005. Revolution Physical Therapy is located at 8001 Rowan Road at Rowan and Rt. 19.
