After more than 30 years of business in Jackson Township, Herb Brittner's Smoked Meats has opened a second store in Cranberry.
Located in the Cran-Mar Plaza on Route 19, next to Baseball Card Castle, Brittner's opened June 6.
Manager Matt Brittner said longtime customers, who come from across the Pittsburgh region, were excited by the store's second location.
"A lot of people come in and are so happy we're right down the road or near their office," he said. "It's just a lot more convenient."
The new retail-only store sells Brittner's smoked meats, including hamburgers, hotdogs, steaks, bacon and famous beef jerky.
The business's smokehouse, including deer processing, will continue to take place at the Jackson Township location.
Cranberry locations store hours are:
Monday-Friday: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
