Cranberry Route 19 BP Gas Station Being Converted to GetGo

The convenience store and gas station is expected to reopen in a few weeks under its new name.

The BP gas station and Cogo’s convenience store at the intersection of Route 19 and Rowan Road in Cranberry has closed—but it won’t stay that way for long.

The business, which shut down Tuesday, is being converted into a GetGo gas station and convenience store.

Once remodeling is complete in a few weeks, the former BP station will reopen under its new name, according to Cranberry Township manager Jerry Andree

This is the second Giant Eagle-owned GetGo to open in the township within the last year. Last November, GetGo celebrated the grand opening of its location along Route 228 in the Cranberry Crossroads retail complex.

There is no word yet on whether the new GetGo will include a café and made-to-order sandwich station.
