Firefighters responded to the Kiva Han Coffee warehouse on Executive Drive in Cranberry Friday afternoon after a roaster caught on fire.
Cranberry Fire Chief Brian Kovac said employees were able to put out the flames using fire extinguishers before volunteers arrived on the scene.
The roaster is more than six feet tall, Kovac said. The flames from the roaster also scorched the walls and ceiling of the warehouse.
Kovac said there was smoke throughout the building.

Kiva Han is a wholesale company that sells coffee and tea products to retailers.
A manager said Friday’s fire should not affect the company’s production or its delivery to customers.
