About the Show

“Broadway in the Park” is a production put together by Cranberry director, choreographer and performer Chris Saunders for Community Days.

According to CTCC officials, the show brings with it the possibility of the start of a nonprofit local theater for Cranberry and the surrounding area.

The tentative title for the local theater is the Keystone Theater Project.

Its initial mission, according to officials, will be to sustain the tradition of professional theater and contribute to its future viability and vitality through the production and presentation of professional theater, the encouragement, training and development of artists and the cultivation of diverse audiences.

Organizers currently are looking for like-minded individuals to help foster the theater project.
