Art and Win: Original Piece by Local Artist Up for Grabs at Cranberry Art Exhibit

Join Patch at the opening night of the Associated Artists of Butler County Art Faculty Show in Cranberry. Plus, enter for a chance to win an original piece of artwork.

Butler County is home to a number of talented artists, many of whom will have pieces on display in Cranberry during the coming weeks.

From Oct. 12 through Nov. 9, the Associated Artists of Butler County will have a juried exhibit at the Cranberry Township Municipal Center as part of its faculty show.

Cranberry Patch will be at the opening night for the exhibit at 7 p.m Friday, Oct. 12 at the municipal center.

Will you join us?

More than $1,000 in cash prizes will be awarded to the artists courtesy of AABC and the Cranberry Township Community Chest. Patch also will be on hand Friday to meet with attendees and to give away Patch goodies.

And there’s more

“Poppy,” an original watercolor by Mary Alice Carmody-Diana, will be raffled off at the event. Attendees must be present to win the artwork, which will be on display at the Patch table. Good deal, right?

To build excitement for the show, Cranberry Patch also will feature a different local artist on the site each day leading up to the event.

We at Patch are so excited to be part of this event and to share this artwork with readers. Check back with Cranberry Patch tomorrow for the first of several artist profiles.

In the meantime, we hope to see you Friday, Oct. 12 at the Cranberry Township Municipal Center!
