Portrait in Pink: How the Cranberry Area is Celebrating Breast Cancer Awareness Month

From pink wristbands on Seneca Valley football players to pink ribbon bagels at the color is everywhere in the Cranberry community in October in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

During Friday’s home football game against Bethel Park, Seneca Valley students held a “pink out” for the cause. 

At Harmony Salon in Pine Township, the stylists are offering pink hair extensions for $8 in support of breast cancer awareness.

The new Dick’s Sporting Goods on Route 228 in Cranberry also has a plethora of pink merchandise for sale in support of breast cancer research.
