Patch Poll: Artisan Wins Best Pizza in Cranberry Area
The bake-it-at-home pies win in a survey that featured heavy voting.
You Cranberry-area people are industrious.
Not only did you meet your civic duty, voting vigorously in our Patch Poll, but you selected the pizza shop that allows you to do a little of the cooking yourself.
Artisan Pizza in Adams Township won our Food Fight with 44 percent of the vote. At Artisan, they put the pizza together and you bake it at home. Sure, this approach makes it awkward, if not impossible, to raid the pizza box on the drive home, but how impatient would we have to be to do that? Who, us?

Second place goes to Monte Cello's in Cranberry with 21 percent of the vote. The township's Pizza Roma took third place with 13 percent.
