Patch Pets: Elderberry the Cat

June is national Adopt-a-Cat month.

Elderberry is a gorgeous cat: just look at those striking markings. Not only does she have good looks, but she has a sweet personality. While she initially is very shy, with patience and time you will see that she is a very good-natured cat and a joy to be around.

Elderberry is a 4-year-old, short-haired Tortie. Given her fondness for peace and quiet, we feel that she would be best suited for a quiet home with no children. In her former home, Elderberry lived with a dog and got along very well with him.

June is national Adopt-a-Cat Month. This year, Animal Friends wants to see no more catless homes! So, from June 1-30, Animal Friends is waiving the requested adoption donation for all cats age 2 and up.

Each of our cats is also "microchipped," or implanted with a small identification chip that may help to get him or her back home should he get lost.
