Last Chance: Car Seat Safety Check, Inline Hockey Registration and Derby Days

1. Free Child Seat Car Inspections

There are still a few spots left for the that’s taking place from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the on Route 19. Inspections are available by appointment only. To reserve a time, call the reception desk at 724-776-5180 ext. 5 during normal business hours.

2. Cranberry Cancels Board of Supervisors Meeting

This is a reminder not to go to the municipal center Thursday for the Cranberry Board of Supervisors meeting. The meeting, scheduled for 6:30 p.m., has been canceled. The board's agenda preparation meeting will take place as usual on May 31.

3. Registration for SV Inline Hockey Association

is from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday inside the cafeteria at . If you can’t make it tomorrow, never fear. A second registration will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. inside Room 1 at the Registration is open to boys and girls who will be entering grades 2-12 in the fall and reside in the Seneca Valley school district. 4. Learn More About Relay for Life—Cranberry

If you’re curious to learn more about the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, here’s your opportunity. The greater Cranberry area chapter will hold an open discussion and question and answer session from 6:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the . 5. Derby Day in Harmony

Harmony is having its very own They’ll be a traditional derby buffet, derby-themed games with prizes, televised derby races, entertainment and more. There also will be an auction of items donated by local businesses and a 50/50 raffle to benefit the Tickets are $20 per person or $35 per couple. Prepaid reservations are required.
