Featuring a fashion show, live music, dance performances, a Chinese auction, raffles and more, the event is sponsored by Harmony boutiques Eye Kandy and Velvet Salon as well as The Davis School of Guitar Performance and Siri's School of Performing Arts.

The celebration kicks off at 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14 at the Center of Harmony on Mercer Street in Harmony.

Jennifer Gliptis, a stylist at Velvet Salon, noted three bands from The Davis School would perform at the event. Featuring local kids, the Davis students also recently rocked Jergel’s Rhythm Grill in Warrendale.

“The kids who are performing in the band range in age from 8 years old to 17 years old,” Gliptis said. “They’re really amazing.”

The cost in advance for the event is $15 per ticket or $20 per ticket at the door. There also is VIP seating available for $30 per ticket.

Gliptis said all VIPs would receive a goody bag as well as special seating at the runway fashion show, which will feature models from the Siri school.

All proceeds from the event benefit the Harmony Volunteer Fire Company.

“It’s a great cause,” Gliptis said. “It’s going to be a lot of fun and it’s a great way to learn about our community in Harmony.”

Tickets to the Fireball are available for purchase at Eye Kandy Boutique and Velvet Salon.
