1. Cranberry Planning Advisory Commission

Get the scoop on what developments are in the works for Cranberry. The commission meets at 6 p.m. tonight (Monday) at the Cranberry Township Municipal Building on Rochester Road.

2. Seneca Valley School Board Meeting

Who will be the school board’s next president and vice-president? Find out when Seneca Valley school officials meet for their annual reorganization meeting at 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3 at the Intermediate High School in Jackson Township.

3. Freedom Square Diner Annual Giving Dinner

From 3 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3 and Tuesday, Dec. 4, The Freedom Square Diner will donate half of all sales to the local Gleaner’s Food Bank in Cranberry.

4. McGinnis Sisters 'Taste the Holidays'

McGinnis Sisters will hold its “Taste the Holidays” event from 12 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8 at the store in Adams Township. The event will feature local vendors, plus tips and recipe ideas. The grocer’s meat and seafood director also will teach guests how to carve a standing rib roast and ham at 12:30pm.

5. Cranberry Christmas House Tour

The self-guided Cranberry Women's Club House Tour kicks off at 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9. Featuring eight township homes, the holiday house tour allows you to get inspired by looking at the unique homes and decorating styles of others. The cost is $20 per ticket and benefits local charities. For more information, click here.
