1. Celtic Tenors Christmas Concert at The Strand

The Celtic Tenors Christmas Tour will feature plenty of holiday cheer with traditional classics like Silent Night, O Holy Night, and even Jingle Bells as well as music from their current and previous albums.

Catch them at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11 at The Strand Theater in Zelienople. Reserve seating is $39. Tickets may be purchased via The Strand's web site at www.thestrandtheater.org or calling the theater box office at 742-742-0400.

2. Cranberry Board of Supervisors Meeting

Find out in person what’s going on in township government. Cranberry’s board of supervisors will meet at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13 inside council chambers at the Cranberry Township Municipal Center.

3. ‘On Earth, Peace’ Presented by The Dreher Chorale

The faith-based Dreher Chorale, featuring singers from more than 30 different church choirs, will perform familiar Christmas tunes as well as newly-composed songs in a treat for the entire family at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14 at the St. Kilian Parish School on Franklin Road in Cranberry Township.

4. Seneca Valley Hosts Senior Holiday Event

The Seneca Valley School District will host its 15th Annual Senior Holiday Event at 12:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14 in the Seneca Valley Senior High School.

The special holiday presentation is for senior citizens living in the Seneca Valley School District community and features the Seneca Valley Jazz Band, String Ensemble and Senior High School Madrigal Singers. Also, a delicious turkey meal will be served for lunch in the cafeteria.

5. Hope Church's Annual Cookie Walk

Not your average bake sale!

The bakers of Hope Evangelical Church in Cranberry have begun baking delectable treats that will be displayed for purchase at the Bring your own container or use one of the church containers.
