Easter in the Cranberry Area: Hop on Over to These Events

Easter egg hunts and festivities are taking place around the region.

The Easter Bunny makes his way to the Cranberry area Sunday—and here’s to ‘hoppin’ he brings some warmer weather with him.

In the meantime, several Easter festivities are taking place around the region.

Eggstravaganza at Victory Church in Cranberry

The annual Eggstravaganza Easter egg hunts will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, March 29 and again from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 30 at Victory Family Church on Route 19 in Cranberry.

The event features 90,000 candy-filled Easter eggs across the church’s grass fields in eight separate hunts. There also will be inflatable rides, balloon artists, a puppet show and more.

Zelienople Spring Easter Festival 

The Zelienople Lion's Club egg hunt begins at 11 a.m. sharp Saturday, March 30 at Zelienople Community Park.

The Friends of the Park’s Spring Easter Festival will begin immediately afterward and feature inflatable rides, balloon artists, face painters, games, food, a special visit from the Lionhead bunny breeder and the Easter Bunny.

Pickleball and kid tennis demonstrations also will take place at the event.

Bunny Festival at Soergel's Orchards

Soergel’s Orchards will hold its annual Bunny Festival from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 30 at its location in Wexford.

The event includes an Easter egg hunt, pony rides and a bounce house. Families may also check out the farm’s baby ducks, chicks and the Easter Bunny.

Bunnyland at Reilly's Summer Seat Farm & Garden Center

Reilly’s Summer Seat Farm & Garden Center in Ohio Township is holding its annual Bunnyland from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, March 29 and Saturday, March 30.

Activities include an Easter egg hunt, wagon hay rides to Bunny Land, Bunny Balloon Typhoon, face painting and meeting farm animals with babies.
