The “PDMC” cards were given out to any student involved in helping to design the community-built portion of the Kids Castle Playground.

Flyers may be downloaded off the Quaker Steak & Lube website or the Cranberry Township Community Chest website. To learn more about the cards, click here.

In addition, Quaker Steak & Lube will help to promote the 5K walk/run at Community Park April 20 to celebrate the last weekend of the Playtime Palace.

“We are absolutely thrilled that the Cranberry community was recognized as the best place in the state to raise a family,” Tomko said. “We are a family-oriented restaurant and what is more family than the Kids Castle Playground? We want our patrons to know that we appreciate their support and that their support will make the playground a reality.”

Quaker Steak & Lube isn’t the only Cranberry business supporting the playground.

Throughout February, Mike Geiger and John Iaquinta, owners of the donated a dollar of every burrito sold at the restaurant to help fund the new playground.
