Anyone Know Construction Timeline?

I just got this from Cranberry Township about roadway construction but no times on when they plan on doing this.  Anyone Know??
PennDot Travel Advisory for Thurs, Oct 24- single lane restrictions on Rt 228 & Freedom near Rt 19

Single lane restrictions and shoulder closures will be in place to facilitate pipe and inlet inspections on state roadways in Cranberry Township on Thurs, Oct. 24. Traffic will be impacted on Rt 228 and Freedom Rd near Rt 19 intersection.
