Revolution Physical Therapy is hosting a FREE community education speaker series on wellness and healthy living. The monthly seminars are open to the public and will be held on Thursday evenings at 7:30 p.m. at Revolution’s facilities at 20630 Route 19, Suite 102, in Cranberry Township.

"Our mission at Revolution is to provide the community with the most accurate, evidence-based information that can improve overall quality of life and health for the entire family," said Janann Turner, co-owner and physical therapist at Revolution. "We hope that community members will bring the whole family for these fun, interactive events."  

Presented by a different expert each month, the seminars will cover a variety of topics appropriate for men, women and children of all ages. "Our new seminar series will offer featured speakers who are leaders in their field. The topics include healthy eating and goal setting, exercise and chronic disease, arthritis, prenatal exercise, sports training and much more," said Ms. Turner.

The first seminar in the series is scheduled for April 26, 2012, at 7:30 p.m. Team Beachbody Coach, Melanie Mitro, will offer tips on how to lose weight and get fit.
