DESCRIPTION:Troop 403 provides  teaching modules for merit badges at meet
 ings\, which provides the  opportunity for every boy to earn merit badge
 s. This also allows each  boy to have an opportunity to learn how to tea
 ch\, if he already has a  particular badge. The troop places an emphasis
  on public service - one of the main pillars of  Scouting - taking part 
 in at least 6 service projects per year\, which  benefit a number of dif
 ferent organizations.  This does not include  Eagle Service Projects\, w
 hich are in addition to regular troop service  projects.
