Visions for Vacancy: What Should Move into the Former Kuhn’s Market?
Tell us what you would like to see occupy this empty storefront.
Since the store's closing in September, the former Kuhn’s Market in the Cranberry Mall on Route 19 has been empty.
A business to occupy the space—Jabe Companies is leasing the property—might or might not be around the corner. In the meantime, we’d like to know what you’d like to see fill the vacant spot.
Is there something that would benefit the Cranberry area community? How could this space better serve you and your neighbors?
Share your thoughts, ideas and concerns in the comments. Tell us what your vision is for this Cranberry Township vacancy.

This is getting a lot of comments on the Cranberry Patch facebook page (www.facebook.com/CranberryPatch—like us!). Some of the suggestions are Wegmen's, LA Fitness, J.Crew and (the most popular choice) Trader Joe's. What do you think?

Sephora or Ulta and of course would love Whole Foods (even though opening in Wexford) or Trader Joes!

Those are great choices! Having never been inside a Trader Joe's myself, what is the magic of that store? Everyone seems to love it!

Other Cranberry Patch Facebook suggestions are a bowling alley, a bar with childcare and a women's beach volleyball training facility. Ha!

Did someone actually suggest a bar with child care??? Children have no business being around adults drinking. How do the children get home? Oh I guess the will be the DD.
