Over the last few years, Pizza Sola, Five Guys Burgers and Fries and (lunchtime hotspot) Chipotle have all settled in the Oak Tree Place plaza on Route 19.

There is just one spot left in the retail center managed by Pittsburgh-based Walnut Capital—what would you like to see in it?

In prior polls, readers have indicated they’d like a Bath & Body Works in the area. Would that be a good fit for this location? Other reader suggestions have included a bakery, a deli, clothing stores and a Taco Bell.

A business to occupy the space might or might not be around the corner. In the meantime, we’d like to know what you’d like to see fill the vacant spot.

Is there something that would benefit the Cranberry area community? How could this space better serve you and your neighbors?

Share your thoughts, ideas and concerns in the comments. Tell us what your vision is for this Cranberry Township vacancy.

Great choices. More junk food and junk merchandise is really needed.

Its not a factory, and they sell a lot more than coats. And wasn't Burlington once a railroad?

There's a "Burlington Coat Factory" retail store in Greensburg. Great place- coats, shoes, housewares, baby stuff...

Like I always respond...Bath & Body Shop. I hardly go down that way though so I really don't care what's put in & am wondering when all these new plaza's are going to stop being built? I'm seeing more empty storefronts in Crby. than ever before....hmmmm?

What's the deal with the cranberry promenade? The retail site that was planned across from Rowan road? I haven't seen any updates or any signs of life at that site.

It's still happening. From what I understand, Aldi's really wants to get moving on the project. Stay tuned...

A legal medical marijuana dispensary, if this State/Nation ever gets off its stupid, useless and costly war on drugs hysteria.

I agree with a lot of the food places, even though there are so many of them. Not that that is a bad thing. I would really like to see a Half Price Books come out here though.

A real bar for adults! A fun place where parents are not encouraged to bring children! I mean I know we live in the middle of suburbia but let's get real! Oh wait...may be parents should not bring crying infants to a public bar/ resturant. If you decide to have kids, then I say no going to resturants until they are 8. Why should I suffer with rowdy, crying and whiney kids...I did not choose this!

Have patience. I brought up 2 of these little beings you describe and, lo and behold, now they drink, dine out and sometimes even party with with me as friends. But you are correct. There are restaurants that prohibit young children and even an airline which requires they be in a separate part of the cabin. Flying across the Pacific with a howling child or kids running up and down the aisle because parents don't give a damn or never learned how to deal with such behavior, can be a true horror on top of all the horrors airports and airlines inflict on us. And many infants don't just cry. They shriek, they scream, they howl. Been there, done that. With the hindsight of several decades it now seems all worth it. On the other hand it provides some insight into how parents can have ever committed the the terrible crime of infanticide.

What is up with all the Bath and Body works suggestions? Cant you just go online? Im tired of all the standard chainy restaurants and stores. Doesnt anyone want to see a business that is small or family owned with good quality food or products? Although, I will say that a Cracker Barrel would be like printing money in this region.

Cracker Barrel or Red Lobster

Maybe Cracker Barrel but I don't know much about it. I've been in one a while back and you could not get a beer or glass of wine with dinner - unless that has changed, nix them too - uncivilized. As for Red Lobster, their prices are too high and their discounts and coupons are very stingy. For seafood I prefer local owned places. As someone said, too many damned chains.
