If you need a last-minute item, a quick caffeine pick-me-up or a place to grab Thanksgiving dinner without the fuss, Cranberry Patch can help. Here’s a list of what’s open and what’s closed on Thanksgiving.
Starbucks: Get your caffeine fix early and fight off the slumber that a heavy Thanksgiving meal can cause. The Starbucks in the Cranberry Commons shopping center on Route 228 is open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Starbucks on Freedom Road is open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Marty's Suburban Bar and Grill: The Cranberry hangout is open 365 days a year, and Thanksgiving is no exception. The restaurant opens at 7 a.m. and serves food until 9 p.m. The bar is open until 2 a.m.
Cranberry Cinemas: Thanksgiving Day is a great time to catch a new movie. The Muppets and Arthur Christmas are premiering. Click here for showtimes.
Convenience stores – Hey, they're called convenient for a reason. The Sheetz on Freedom Road is open as is the Co-Go's on Route 19, the Giant Eagle Get-Go station (also on Route 19) and 7-Eleven, which has locations on Glen Eden Road and Route 228. The BP station on Freedom Road will be open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., but the Subway kiosk inside the store will be closed.
Giant Eagle: The Giant Eagle on Route 19 is open from 3 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Black Friday.
Seneca Valley School District: Closed until Nov. 28.
Cranberry Township Public Library: Closed on Thanksgiving and Black Friday.
Cranberry Township offices: Cranberry Township administrative offices on Rochester Road are closed for Thanksgiving and Black Friday but will reopen on Monday.
