Route 910 in Pine Township remains closed Wednesday evening between Route 19 (at Church Road) and Pearce Mill Road after a head-on collision between a Gasline Service Co. utility truck and a FedEx tractor-trailer.

Three people were reported injured in the accident and transported by ambulance to area hospitals. The severity of their injuries is unknown.

The road could be closed until 8:30 p.m. as hazmat crews clean up the scene.

The impact of the crash was so powerful, the front ends of both trucks were torn off.
