Hearing Postponed for Man Facing Drug Charges after Party at Treesdale House
Tyler McWilliams' preliminary hearing will be held June 20.
The preliminary hearing for a 20-year-old facing drug and underage drinking charges related to a party at a Treesdale home was postponed Wednesday.
Tyler Joseph McWilliams' hearing was rescheduled to June 20 before Magisterial District Judge William K. Wagner.
McWilliams, who turned 20 on April 27, is charged with two felony counts—for the delivery and sale of marijuana in addition to possession with intent to deliver. He also is facing three drug-related misdemeanors and a summary offense of underage drinking, according to court documents.
An investigation was triggered when Northern Regional police were called to the Treesdale house owned by model Theresa Gaugler about 1 a.m. Saturday, April 28, for an underage drinking party in the 2000 block of Condor Lane, according to police.
Gaugler was not home at the time of the party. She said McWilliams is a friend of her children who was allowed to live in their basement for free.
McWilliams was arraigned over the weekend and released on his own recognizance, according to court documents.
On the night of the party, he was sent to the hospital by ambulance when police found him unresponsive in the house’s game room, police said.
McWilliams was taken to UPMC Passavant where tests showed he had a blood alcohol content of 0.366 percent, according to the criminal complaint.
Upon checking the rest of the house to see if other party-goers were in the same condition, officers saw what appeared to be a clandestine lab that could involve drugs or explosives, police said.
The FBI, Pennsylvania State Police and federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives were called in Saturday, April 28, to investigate at the home. Police also summoned the Allegheny County Bomb Squad and a county Hazmat team.
Police are awaiting lab results to see if other charges will be filed.

The police visit appears to have turned up a number of violations of Treesdale regulations at the Condor Lane residence of Gaugler, 53, who claimed on Twitter to be a model for a vodka brand until her page abruptly vanished. A Twitter account in Gaugler's name describes her as a Wilhelmina model, Mosser Agency actress and spokesmodel for White Diamond Vodka. Mark Lucero, president of Beverage Brands, which owns White Diamond Vodka, said Gaugler worked one day for the company and does not represent the brand. Wilhelmina employees said they had no record of Gaugler in the Philadelphia, New York or Miami offices.-The Tribune

A number of things have been written about Theresa Gaugler’s role as a Wilhemina model and a spokesmodel for a vodka company. I reported she was listed on Facebook and Twitter as a Wilhelmina model who described herself as the "White Diamond Vodka" spokesmodel. However, an email received from Mark Lucero, president of Beverage Brands Inc., stated she is not the spokesmodel for the vodka. "Aside from a one-time appearance as a model in a television advertisement produced last year for our company, she has no official affiliation with, and in no way represents, our brand of products," Lucero's email said. In an email and phone conversation, Gaugler maintains she was called a spokesmodel in promotional material for a December event at the Wine Loft in Southside. She emailed me a copy of the party invitation that states: “Enjoy a night of glamour with White Diamond Vokda spokesmodel, Theresa Gaugler on site!!” Gaugler said she promoted the event on her Facebook and Twitter accounts. After the April 24 investigation, she said she deactivated her FB and Twitter accounts temporarily "because the media was stealing photos to put on the news reports." She said she worked for the vodka company from October through Christmas and the ads continued to run after that. As for being a Wilhemina model, another news source reported agencies in NY, Philadelphia and Miami said they had no record of her. Gaugler said she works out of Wilhemina’s Columbus office.

I love how Robert Rob (Not the real name of course much too cowardly to use the REAL name) is totally obsessed . I emailed Ms. Micco actual photos from my promotional wine loft event and my also still photos and links from my white diamond tv commercial which ran DAILY weekdays on WPXI, WPMY and WPGH many months Oct. thru current time. I also emailed her actual photos from the website of Wilhelmina s2 out of Columbus Ohio where I have been a signed Lifestyles model since last year and still am currently. I find it laughable that there are people out there so obsessed with me they are taking the time to write numerous comments using fake names. Definitely they have no life of their own so obsessing on mine. LOL
