1. Seneca Valley School Board Meeting
What’s going on in your child’s school? Find out in person when Seneca Valley school officials meet at 8 p.m. Monday at the Intermediate High School in Jackson Township.
2. Ben Roethlisberger Youth Football Camp
For the second year in a row, the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback will head to Seneca Valley to host a youth football training camp for boys and girls ages 7 to 14 at the district's NexTier Stadium.
This year’s camp will take place from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.
3. Cranberry Waterpark Turns 16
CT, Cranberry’s crocodile mascot, and the Cranberry Community Waterpark turns 16. Cranberry will celebrate from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the waterpark with games, events, door prizes and even some surprise. CT also will be on hand all day to pose for photos beside his lifeguard chair.
4. Beanbag Toss Tournament to benefit Cranberry CUP
Have fun with this beanbag tournament to benefit the nonprofit Cranberry CUP. The event takes place at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Quaker Steak and Lube in Cranberry and includes cash prizes, raffles and more. To register, send your team name, email and phone number to ber0421muda@zoominternet.net.
5. Friends of the Park Golf Outing
Friends of the Zelienople-Harmony Park will hold a golf outing at 10 a.m. Sunday at Hartmann's Deep Valley Golf Course in Harmony. Registration begins at 9 a.m. There will be hole-in-one, longest drive and putt contests. The cost is $80 per golfer or $320 per foursome.
