1. Seneca Valley School Board Meeting
What’s going on in your child’s school? Find out in person when Seneca Valley school officials meet at 8 p.m. Monday at the Intermediate High School in Jackson Township. Board members are expected to cast the final vote on the 2012-13 budget—which includes a 4.4 mill increase in real estate taxes—at the meeting.
2. Cranberry Planning Advisory Commission
Get the scoop on what developments are in the works for Cranberry. The commission meets at 5:30 p.m. tonight for its work session at the Cranberry Township Municipal Building on Rochester Road.
3. Cranberry Board of Supervisors Meeting
Cranberry’s board of supervisors will meet at 6:30 p.m. Thursday inside council chambers at the Cranberry Township Municipal Center.
4. Summer Party at the Center of Harmony
Celebrate the warm weather with the Zelienople-Harmony Friends of the Park Summer Concert Series at 7 p.m. Friday at The Center of Harmony at 253 Mercer Street in Harmony. The $20 per person admission price includes snacks, beer, wine, soft drinks, live music, dancing, a 50/50 raffle and more. 5. Cranberry Farmers’ Market
Get fresh fruits and veggies at the farmers' markets in Cranberry. The market will be held from 3:30 to 6 p.m. Friday behind the Cranberry Township Municipal Center. There will be another market from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Cranberry Township Volunteer Fire Company’s Park Station on Route 19.
